to a spiritual continued existence
Based on the books by Jozef Rulof.
Dying is the withdrawal of the feeling from the earthly body in order to live on spiritually.
Peacefully falling asleep
According to Jozef Rulof, dying in harmony is very like peacefully falling asleep which we can experience every night.
To be able to go to sleep, we must let go of our feeling that is attuned to daily life.
The less we are engaged with the day, the easier we can fall asleep.
Our feeling is turned inwards, away from the daylight.
During our sleep, our feeling has not gone, for example it gives shape to our dreams.
The human being who, at the end of his life, can withdraw his feeling from the earthly existence, can experience dying as peacefully falling asleep.
After that last sleep, which is called ‘dying’ on earth, he can awake in his spiritual continued existence.
His deceased loved ones can receive him and take him to his own sphere in the hereafter.
How much time do people need?
Most people need a great deal of time to withdraw their feeling from their earthly life.
During their life, they are attuned so strongly to their body and the earthly life that it can take several weeks and even months before they can withdraw their feeling from there.
When their body is buried, they are given all the time that they need in order to withdraw their feeling from their body.
When their body is cremated, this is not the case.
You will find more information about this in the article ‘cremation or burial’.
When the body decomposes, the deceased can be released in a natural way.
When the entire body cannot dissolve in a natural way, the deceased remains connected to his physical organs for longer.
At the end of our natural lifetime our life energy wanes.
As a result, the human being feels tired.
When diseases lie dormant in the body, they now become worse and can cause death, because they are no longer dominated by sufficient life energy.
Without the necessary life energy, no medical intervention can prevent death.
When the life energy is completely consumed, death follows.
People who end their own lives prematurely have not yet used up their life energy.
You will read the consequences of this in the article ‘euthanasia and suicide’.
What is the same for everyone
Weeping loved ones around the death bed can hinder the transition, because as a result the dying person has more difficulty taking leave of the earthly life.
Every transition is different, because every human being is different.
One person is afraid of death, which interfers with passing on peacefully.
Another person can surrender everything, because he knows what awaits him, for instance by reading the book ‘A View into the Hereafter’ by Jozef Rulof.
As soon as he has withdrawn half of his feeling from the earthly existence, his spiritual eyes can open.
Everyone dies in a different way, but ultimately we will all arrive alive in our hereafter.
