Connection of soul and body
The fluid cord is the connection of feeling between the spiritual body and the earthly body.
An important working of the fluid cord is that it passes on to the spiritual life of feeling what is happening with the earthly body.
After dying, this passing on only ends when all the feeling has been withdrawn from the earthly body.
