The hereafter reflects the grade of feeling.
Life after life the soul builds on her life of feeling:
Now we are getting to know the human being.
But the inner life as the soul and the personality, tell us what all those transitions are like.
The soul as the personality now masters wisdom of life and does arts and sciences, the laws of which you explained, Master Zelanus, by means of the books ’spiritual Gifts’.
However, that means that one human being possesses more feeling than the other, and those are grades of life for the inner life and also for the organism.
What one human being achieves, the other one is not capable of!
The grades of life now infallibly tell us what the own consciousness is like with regard to Mother Earth and her laws of life, for religions and arts and sciences.

Master Zelanus, the writer of the book ‘Spiritual Gifts’, explains that people first get to know the grades of feeling consciously on The Other Side:
While we experienced the grades for the inner life on earth, we only have to know them consciously on this side and we saw that they are both material and spiritual.

After all, in the hereafter people see the grades of feeling reflected in spheres of light (heavens) and dark spheres (hells):
Here you will see the seven grades for the inner life again as the seven hells and heavens.

Then the inhabitant of heaven realizes that the soul must already have had that grade of feeling on earth, otherwise those ‘grades for spiritual feeling’ could not be reflected in the sphere in the hereafter:
If these grades for spiritual and material body had not received their existence on earth, there would not have been any hells and heavens.
They would not have been able to exist.

The masters gave the grades of feeling and consciousness names, which interpret the grades of consciousness which they got to know on The Other Side:
All these European personalities as peoples still lived in the country of hatred or in a twilight state, names for grades of conscious, as we got to know them on our side.

From material to spiritual
On earth four grades of feeling are represented:
In the following quotation, by ‘In the material grades’ master Zelanus means the life on earth in a material body, and by ‘our life’ he is referring to his own life in the hereafter:
In the material grades that Mother Earth created for your evolution, the following attunements are represented: the pre-animal-like, animal-like, coarse-material and material.
The spiritual belongs to our life.
On earth, you will find all these attunements represented, you can recognize the people who live in it by their actions.

Through the darkness to the light
One soul is further evolved than the other, because she originated earlier and as a result has already experienced more lives:
Why are you further than the other life?
Because you were born earlier.

Since one soul is a great deal of lives ahead of the other soul, the difference in grade of feeling originated.
However, every soul will one day reach the highest consciousness:
You are a few lives ahead of those lives.
There is no more to it.
There are millions of people along with you in one grade.
That is your grade of life as own human independence!
That is also your attunement for this society!
Why can you study and can the other life not?
That life is not yet that far!
But that life comes that far!

Every soul goes through the same grades of feeling:
The soul goes from the pre-animal-like to the spiritual grade.

The masters of the light who have reached the higher spiritual consciousness can determine with certainty the grade of feeling of everyone:
In order to be able to determine the life attunement with regard to our world of the one or two people and the masses, people must have left earthly life and possess the higher conscious.

On earth the human being can also make an estimate of this on the basis of the actions of a human being.
In the following quotation ‘In this life’ refers to: on The Other Side.
In this life, we can establish the limits of a person’s inner life.
His human radiance reveals the level he will attain on this side.
The same can be observed on earth by following a personality in all his actions, because every deed attunes itself to a certain grade of life, and that grade tells you whether the person is spiritual or material or even animal-like or pre-animal-like.

However, master Alcar, the spiritual leader of Jozef Rulof, warns that people on earth must be careful with this, because the earthly human being can misjudge a character trait.
Alcar lets Jozef gauge the grade of feeling of two people on earth, Joop and a girl.
The girl’s heart has been broken by disappointed love, and in the first instance Joop appears to be inwardly stronger than the girl.
However, Jozef understands that without love people cannot acquire a higher grade of feeling:
“Joop did not make any headway because he has only one goal, Alcar.
What I want to say is, Joop actually does not experience anything at all.
As to her traits, this girl is much further than Joop is or could ever feel.
I see this child in a broader perspective and when I follow her life, I feel warmth coming over me.
Joop does not possess that warmth, because he locks himself in and merely deals with his own existence.
He has no desire for a girlfriend.
These powers of feelings which are felt to be love, tell Joop, tell this child and me, that there nothing can beat love, and that every personality will collapse if no love is present or felt.
Therefore, what I see is that Joop still has to acquire the kind of warmth she possesses and that she is far ahead of Joop.”

Alcar explains that as a master of the light he can determine with certainty the grade of feeling of the human being on earth, but that people have to be on The Other Side for this purpose:
In earthly life, some seem to be further than others, but when we analyse their traits one by one, then sometimes hell surpasses a sphere of light.
This means that the sins people believe they commit do not rank as sins in the eyes of God.
Another person’s deed may seem charitable, but when you take a closer look, you find that pure self-love and calculation motivated this deed.
Would you call that Love?
In this way, we on this side are able to analyse every personality, because life itself determines its own attunement in life.
At the moment, this happens automatically, provided you are on the Other Side.

In addition to the grade of feeling or sphere that the soul shares with millions of other souls, every soul remains unique due to her various past lives:
This study is cosmically deep, because all the people, who still belong to one sphere, possess an own world, not one human being is like the millions of other people, every life represents a cosmic depth.
